My name is Kira Gagarin and I am an attorney specializing in immigration law and criminal defense. I moved to the United States, at the age of 7, as a Refugee. Immigration has always been close to my heart and a field that I am delighted to be working in – and it shows. I know firsthand the frustrations associated with immigration transactions, and while I cannot promise to eliminate those frustrations I can alleviate them by explaining each process step by step and honestly evaluating your case. In addition to immigration, I am passionate about criminal defense to ensure everyone gets an advocate fighting for them.
I received my BA from Brandeis University, my JD from Suffolk University Law School, and my LLM in International Law from Instituto Superior de Derecho y Economia, in Madrid, Spain. In addition to running Gagarin Law, I educate immigrants about their rights, assist with foreclosure prevention, teach ESL and tutor Spanish.
